My Spinach, Banana, Pineapple & Mango Smoothie Recipe

Hi everyone and Happy New Year! I'm back today with a post on one of my fave smoothies I like to call the green monster. I like to call it this not only because it green but also because all the ingredients used to make it are high in all that good stuff which gives us energy, strength and protection. I will list all the benefits at the bottom so be sure to check it out.

It's a new year and we all set out with resolutions that will help better ourselves, one being to eat healthier. I wanted to make this post to help those who do want to start eating healthier as smoothies are a great way to start off. There easy and quick to make, there are no rules as to what you have to put in them and they make the perfect snack, which is where a lot of people go wrong when it comes to eating healthier. So, I hope this post helps those trying to change up there healthier lifestyle and I will be posting more recipes as I to will being to trying to eat a lot healthier this year. Enjoy.

For ingredients:

A handful of spinach
1 whole banana
2 slices of pineapple
1 mango
1/2 of a pint of water
Ice cubes

Once you have all the listed ingredients together just throw then in the blender in no particular order and start your blender. I like to let the blender go for about 30 - 60 second being sure not to let it over blend the ingredients which can cause it to lose the thickness which we don't want so keep and eye on it.

Once blended, pour into your preferred glass and enjoy
